We have just come back from a 3 night stay at the ITC with friends. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend ITC. Here are some of our thoughts: - The hotel was lovely, an extensive resort filled with natural beauty and plenty of grounds to wander through. - The beach is gorgeous with soft, powdery sand and lots of space. We did struggle to get beds but the staff worked hard to resolve this. On two of 3 occasions, beds we had had lost their support to sit up - an investment in more and new beds would be an easy solution. - There was security stationed in multiple places around the resort, including when you come on and off the beach as it’s public, so we felt very safe. - The hotel has a number of restaurants, we ate at 2 of them and another one we got ‘take out’ to the beach, all were very delicious. - The rooms were spacious (although the bathroom a little confusing with two doors and loud sliding doors in the night) and very clean. There were lots of products and things you may need to help yourself to. - We don’t use it but the pool looked lovely but there didn’t seem to be too many beds and they were all seemingly full following breakfast. - The hotel provides buggies if you ask for them if you need or want assistance getting around as it is vast (beautiful for walking around but could be a challenge if you are not overly mobile)

We had a lovely two-night stay. The staff were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, and although the property is slightly dated, the facilities were great. The food was excellent and varied each day. Our child loved Ollie’s Club with its fun activities and movies. The pools and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were so accommodating, even giving us a late checkout and buggy rides when it rained. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. Overall, an excellent experience — I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Car transportation to airport. Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day. More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport.

Tolle Unterkunft!!! Alles absolut zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sie ist wundersch?n, angenehm und sehr entspannend. Und alle sind super nett. Das einzige ist, der Service ist sehr sehr langsam. Also Geduld mitbringen! Ansonsten auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.
